Chow works with ceramics and photography as a medium to reflect on how urban spaces have constructed and altered one’s identity. In exploring the creation of spaces, he senses uncertainty and disorientation, even though the intention of such creation is to eliminate them. He is then especially interested in curious spaces in the urban world, where the liminal quality that inflicts fear is the main topic that motivates him to continue researching spaces.
